Kindly note the following:

• HWC's Public Counter will be closed from 15th December 2016 and will re-open again on 9 January 2017.

• For collections, the Counter will be closing Thursday 23rd December 2016 at 11am and open again 9th January 2017.

• All applications submitted from 5 December 2016 will be assessed at the Heritage Officer’s meeting on 13th January 2017.
