Findings of Site Inspection:
The property is not located directly on the scenic drive and is situated in a built up pocket that consists of large sprawling buildings. The parking lot though excessive for the use will not change the character of the site and is not out of keeping of the surrounding properties.
No further action is warranted from HWC.
