Reasons for Site Inspection: 

BELCOM site inspection: The committee members went on site to gain better understanding of the application prior to making a decision.

Findings of Site Inspection: 

Johan Slee (Architect) presented the BELCOM members and member from SIG with revised plans (Revision D) that addressed the SIG concerns. Members then walked around the inside of the building and around the site.

Recommended Action: 

BELCOM members to report back their findings and decision at teh next BELCOM meeting 29 June 2016
