Reasons for Site Inspection:
HOMS wanted to clarify whether work has started on site and assess the remaining significance of the site which was not clear on the photographs submitted to HWC.
Findings of Site Inspection:
The HWC Official confirmed that all the work indicated on the plans submitted to HWC (Drawing Number: MP 14078) was completed and the Official was informed by the owner and tenant shop owner that work was completed in February 2016.
HWC Officials noted that the glass display on the front porch consists of a plastered wall which has blocked the significant timber framed windows.
Recommended Action:
HWC Officials to present their findings to HOMS Meeting.
