To have a look at what the actual extent of work is that is being proposed.
Findings of Site Inspection:
The main building is very much intact. The added extensions that are being proposed for demolition are much later additions that detract from the original building.
Recommended Action:
there is no objection to the proposed demolition of the new addition. There is no objection to the principal of the new addition, though there needs to be a re-think at how the new portion interacts with the old building both visually and physically.
