Reasons for Site Inspection:
At the HOMS Meeting held on the 18th December 2015, HWC Officials noted that the images attached to the application were not labelled and an image of the structure being demolished. In order to determine which building is the application for, HOMS agreed that a site inspection by the case officer must be undertaken to investigate the structure in question.
Findings of Site Inspection:
The HWC Official noted the following:
1. The building in question is an apartment with a front baywindow on the corner of an access pedestrian pathway and Lower York Road.
2. None of the indicated proposed work on the plan has not happened or implemented.
Recommended Action:
HWC Official recommends that the application be tabled at the next HOMS meeting and it is also suggested that the application be approved with a grading of IIIC.
