Statement on Main Aims of Organisation:
The body aims to provide a voice for issues in the neighbourhood, including a more compassionate attitude to
homelessness. We believe that development in the area is benefitting very few and aim to be a critical
voice to counter this and to protect our dwindling heritage resources.
Categories of Heritage:
Houses over 60 years old, with particular interest in protecting the characteristic Mediterranean style
architecture of the original buildings of Sea Point, Fresnaye and Bantry Bay.
