Reasons for Site Inspection:
HOMS felt that there was a possibility of the proposed work submitted to HWC on the 4th September 2015 being completed prior to approval. In order to confirm this, the Heritage Officer decided to conduct a site inspection to check whether relevant illegal works have been done on site.
Findings of Site Inspection:
The Heritage Officer noted the following:
1. The proposed addition has not been completed and no new illegal work has been started with exception for the illegal work (plastering and painting) already acknowledged by HWC in a previous submission for August 2015.
