HAVE A LOOK AT THE CONTEXT AND SEE IF BUILDING WARRANTS A 3B GRADE

Findings of Site Inspection: 

BUILDINGS HAD ALREADY STARTED WORK. THE FOREMAN INFORMED ME THAT THE BUILDING INSPECTOR HAD INDICATED THAT THEY COULD BEGIN WORK PROVIDED IT WOULD NOT BE ANYTHING THAT WOULD EFFECT THE STRUCTURE OF THE BUILDING I.E. REMOVING CUPBOARDS, BATHROOM FITTINGS ETC. PRIOR TO THEY OBTAINING BUILDING PLAN APPROVAL FROM BOTH CITY AND HWC. THE BUILDING WARRANTS ONLY A 3C GRADE AS THERE IS A RELATIVELY INTACT STREETSCAPE, THE INTERNAL FEATURES OF THE HOUSE HAVE LONG SINCE BEEN ALTERED.

Managers Comments: 

This site inspection was conducted based on the request of HOMS.
